            6 - Asian Sesame oil, two tbsp
            7 - Chopped garlic, two tsp
            8 - Chinese spice, two tbsp
            9 - Soy sauce, two tbsp
           10 - Salt to taste
           11 - Black pepper to taste
           12 - Chili paste, one tbsp
           13 - Cooking wine, two tbsp
           14 - Bamboo shoots, two cups
           15 - Cilantro, one tbsp
           16 - Chopped fresh dill, one tbsp

           19 1. Heat a wok on medium flame
           20 2. Add the oil and garlic
           21 3. Cook the garlic, once browned, add the bamboo shoots, and mix Chinese spice into it
           22 4. After the bamboo shoots are half cooked, add the chili paste, cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, and pepper
           23 5. Cook more for ten minutes
           24 6. Add cilantro and chopped dill on top
