Idaho Mayor Quits Bloomberg Anti-Gun Coalition: The Citizens Committee 
for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms today applauded the decision of 
Idaho Falls, ID Mayor Jared Fuhriman to quit an anti-gun mayors' 
coalition created last year by New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg as "a 
reasonable first step that other mayors should follow."

SAF Files Contempt Motion Against Nagin, Riley: A hearing on the motion 
is scheduled for Jan. 31 in federal district court in New Orleans. The 
Second Amendment Foundation is suing Nagin and Riley over the 
confiscation of firearms from law-abiding citizens in the aftermath of 
Hurricane Katrina in 2005. Joining SAF in the lawsuit is the National
