Some  pretty rough  work  here.   It's that  Dodge
Monaco police  car I did some  while back, chopped
up, with  huge tires and  a bumper I ripped  off a
toy truck.  I  cut down the bottom of  the body to
make it look lower and meaner, but still with lots
of ground clearance.  Chopped  it a little too far
actually, and with  those huge tires I  had to cut
off the body from the  roof back. Cut and glued on
a strip of 0.010" sheet, slapped on some paint and
called it done.
