Oat flour, salt, baking soda, oil, maple syrup or sugar, eggs, lemon. Preheat oven to 350. Mix up 1 cup oat flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon baking soda. Beat 1eggs with 2 tablespoon oil and 2-3 tablespoon maple syrup and 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice, and mix it up with the dry stuff. Let it all sit for 5 minutes to thicken up. Glob spoonfuls onto a baking sheet. There should be about 9 or so. Bake 12-14 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
