DRAW COMIC IN CASE OF EXISTENTIAL EMERGENCY

I made this card for my Dad. It's about the size of a credit card. He
can slip it into his wallet and take it out anytime he needs a tiny
       hug.

       A card or a comic?
       ----------------------------------------------------------------------
This isn't a comic in the typical way I've made them. I'm off to new
frontiers, it seems! I was inspired to try this style of craft by a
pen-pal. He sent me a beautiful valentine's day card built out of
paper and glue and drawn with coloring pencils. I recieved it as a
flat card and followed instructions to unfold it into a
three-dimensional scene. Two panels of garden imagery containing
flowers, butterflies, and a calm blue sky sit on either side of a
pop-out cupcake with pink frosting and a sparkled cherry. Set in
relief behind the delicious dessert are red hearts and SweetTarts,
which ascend towards my name. I'm a lucky lass to have such a nice
       valentine!

Incidentally, I've gotten other paper-made sculptural things
before. Many years ago a dear friend made a tiny finch out of paper,
wire, watercolors, thread, and beads. The creature has feathers that
can be ruffled, feet whose digits can be made to grip branches, and a
little darling beak that. It is a incredible piece of art, so delicate
and precious. He sits on the branch of one of my plants, making little
       paper chirps throughout the day.
