we the people have 
the cold hard capacity
to decapitate 
false heads of state
as we retaliate 
to the piracy of democracy
in this overt conspiracy
of colonial totality
land of the free
realm of apathy

first put the frog
into the water 
then turn up the heat

as self proclaimed
public representatives
whittle away at the very
frame of the constitution
mi aculpa they exclaim
but those ideals are stupid
simply useless
our democracy requires a hegemony
if it's to survive due process
after all
we've got this relentless assault
by the ACLU
and its best not to underestimate
the incaculable capabilites
of a disorganized mob.
