Running before breakfast ======================== First thing, in the morning I went out to run. Nothing epic, just a 30 minutes footing session. Neither it's the first time I do such thing. But they say it helps with weigth loss and it seems to be working. Besides, it helps with other sports too, which in turn. I'm going to need new throusers shortly. Also, massive thanks to everybody who's protesting Trump's mess. These are times for alliances and hope, not to hide under a stone.
