Notes:      Grandson to the late Emperor Amundios II,
            and so related to the Imperial Family,
            Aree was born a slave by virtue of his
            mother, whom he's never known.
            
            He's been under the care and direction of
            Countess Yentenas, a member of the Imperial
            Council.
            
            Though as learned as one can be at his age,
            he's never left the Imperial Citadel


Countess Yentenas ------------------------------------

Status:     Aristocrat
Gender:     Female
Job:        Member of the Imperial Council. Former
            "Minister of the Ordinary", managing the
            day to day issues of the Empire. She's
            now in charge of the education of the
            princes and some high born children.
Notes:      Born in highly respected family from the
            western frontiers, she was led to the
            capital to complete her education. Those
            finished, she entered the service of
            Eretek II, late father of the current
            Emperor, quickly rising in the ranks of
            the Administration.


Emperor Ulandanas -------------------------------------

Status:     Current Emperor
Gender:     Male
Job:        Ruling the Empire, balls and parties
Notes:      Slothful, party, glory seeker. He believes
            that ministers should take all the work,
            and that armies should conquer the world
            on his behalf. He's friendly, but easily 
            angered and quite a chicken.


Ula --------------------------------------------------

Role:       PC
Age:        13
Status:     Slave
Gender:     Female
Job:        Palace messenger
Notes:      Illiterate, calm, "invisible", and with
            tight lips, Ula is perfectly suited to 
            deliver messages within the Imperial
            Citadel, and even beyond. She is friends
            with Aree, to whom she often calls for
            job.


Count Rekanaz ----------------------------------------

Role:       NPC
Age:        63
Status:     Aristocrat
Gender:     Male
Job:        General
Notes:      He saw action leading small units
            in his younger years, sent to the capital
            and raising slowly in the ranks until
            being charge with the unglamarous command
            of the Reserve Army. Childless, unambitious
            and honest, he is thought to be absolutely
            loyal to the Emperor.


King Adurik ------------------------------------------

Role:       NPC
Age:        40
Status:     Barbarian King
Job:        King
Notes:      Adurik was crowned in battle, after the
            death of his mother, Queen Liuva.  He's
            spent his life battling the Empire and 
            determined to end it once and for all.
            
            He appears bold in battle, but it's mostly
            for show. In truth he's a calculating,
            thought general and charismatic leader.

Job:        Divine
Notes:      Ae is a new Goddess, one to disrupt the 
            old Imperial Pantheon, at the times when
            the Empire has been prophetized to meet
            a violent end.
