2018-11-21 Reports and Testing

Wow! The day has just flown by. I need to start packing up soon if I'm
going to get the kids on time.

My day has been filled with running reports and knocking off some of
the easier items I'm supposed to test for the upcoming release. All of
these items are engrossing and take up a bunch of time to do. The net
result is that your day disappears before you know it. Of course, if I
was working from home I would be able to work a longer day without
having to take into account the time it takes to commute.

I'm really looking forward to working in my new home office space. My
spouse actually wants to rearrange the furniture, especially the
custom wood bookcases to increase their visibility when you enter the
office. I was initially resistant to this change but now I see her
point and have come around to her point of view. I'm not sure when
we're going to move things but I expect that it will happen this
weekend.

I guess that's all I have to say for today. As I said, I need to start
packing up if I want to catch the train.
