Dear Mr. Branson, Dear Members of the Jury,

I send you a duplicate of my first letter dated 17.05.2007, because the 
first letter has gone lost after arrival in UK. I have to complete my 
given solution with point 4.: Establishing of solar power stations in the 
deserts of our earth to reduce the nuclear power stations in the deserts 
(see 2.) to a minimum.
