Welcome to Something Blue. I'm Hairy Larry and we're bringing you a special show tonight. We're hearing Jonesboro pianist, Paul Richardson, recorded live at KASU's Jazz Thursday on June 24, 2010. I introduced the band and then we heard Paul play "Kelly's Blues" by Oscar Peterson. Coming right up it's "On Green Dolphin Street".

And that's Paul Richardson playing at KASU's Jazz Thursday recorded at Gracie's Coffee Station right here in Jonesboro. Paul was joined by Jazz Thursday regulars, Corey Emerson on bass and Carl Abraham on drums. They play nearly every Tuesday night at Gracie's and we were glad to get them for our Jazz Thursday show. As you can hear they played great and everyone had a good time.
