## 05 Diversions

That's my word for this week. It's about politics but also for personal reasons. Diversions is for Donald J. Trump and his way to create political events to hide his own problems with the Epstein files and some other affairs. Of course he would be happy to make Greenland another State of the USA. I don't think he would invade or "free" Iran. As he just captured Maduro and did nothing great for Venezuela...except to steal the Nobel Peace Prize and made a contract for Petrol. His politics is full of diversion, always. To hide his loses, for example. And if I understand well the US politics, the midterms elections are going to be a great defeat. But it could also be a diversion for Democrats. Nobody is in the light to be the first Trump's opponent. They are just local leaders, without any project for the future. 

In the World, there's a lot of diversions not to talk about subjects. Do we know what's going on in Sudan, Gaza, Thailand, Cambodia, Congo, ...and so many hot points in the world ? Even Ukraine is not a subject now with all our attention on Trump. We are so stupid to always look at the finger of an idiot (or Media), and not to look around us. Diversions in France were also with Sarkozy or Le Pen in their own trials and verdicts. Former president Sarkozy made everything to pass himself off as a victim...He was not and caught money for his political campaigns from former libyan leader Khadafi and terrorists. And Le Pen did some misappropriation from the European Parliament to bail out the cash-strapped party she leads. Everything else is a lie. But now, we have so many medias to their orders that it's more and more difficult to hear the truth. That's the Post-Truth era, and that's only the beginning.

Diversions is also for me, because I find some excuses not to do something. I don't thought I was tired but I am for different reasons. I'm a bit sad with the departure of colleagues and friends. There's more and more work for less people and time. I'm trying to be fair with everyone in the team. There's some stress with the performance and annual reviews, for the moment. And there are several audits this year. I like challenges but I can't do alone what other people don't want to do. What I did the last years was a diversion to show that everything was working well. It is not and the bosses don't even know one part of the truth. Many more people are demotivated, disgusted, exhausted. If I keep going like that, I'm going to be exhausted and then demotivated too. My boss is in the same state of mind. I'm always trying to put some motivation and happiness in the department I work but it's a kind of diversion.

Human life is full of diversions not to show our truth, our reality. Sometimes we are actors, playing a role, like at work, not telling what is our life at home, because it's personal. We are putting walls between our different lives, ...this blog is one of my lives, of course, because I only show what I want to tell. Many people today have at least 3 lives between work, home, social networks. And each life is made with diversions... A kind of story telling. In diversion, you have divert. And our problem today is to find the good thing to divert us, but not too much.
