CUBA 6000, 0705-708, Radio Habana Cuba Aug 24 RHC's weekly Esperanto 
broadcast is coming in quite well this week.  Strong signal, but there's a 
buzzing at times. (JDC, Arkansas, USA)

UNKNOWN 9330, 0702-706, Unknown Aug 24 Numbers station.  Groups of five 
numbers in Spanish.  When I could hear it, the signal was good, but there 
was some kind of QRM intruding (harsh tones that would sound over the 
numbers).  I don't know if it's another station, or a problem at the 
numbers station itself.  I should note this is a WBCQ frequency (but they 
don't have anything scheduled for this hour on this frequency). (JDC,
