Another update on Truth Social: I deleted my account. Website was WAY too boring. Geopolitics, US Politics, and more politics; What a drag. Anyways, college has still been college, that hasn't changed. Admittedly, I find it hard to update these things sometimes as I don't really feel like I live an interesting life. Sure, I use it sometime to poke fun at people I don't like, but aside that, I usually just don't have much to say about the world situation that isn't "I'm just living in it, man". I was able to get wepon.pke released though, and the trailer's sitting at 200+ views! That's almost ten times as much as I usually get, so I say job well done! Speaking of Doom, I've been trying to get back into semi-speedmapping to combat the monotony of classes. Easier said than done when the constant urge to take a small nap keeps nibbling at 'ya. Doesn't really help that my college caferteria doesn't usually have much in terms of appetizing. I'd rather not run up the amount of $$$ I have for food, though. (Don't worry, I'm not in dire straits, I just need to be smart about my meals. Family also helps with snack stockpiling too, so that's neat!) I've also been trying to work on hepon.pk3 (it's pretty much wepon.pk3 for Heretic), and I have plans to add a simple mana system: Spend enough sparklies, you can swap between attacks! Hey, SOMEbody's gotta make usage of those User1 - User4 functions sometime. MY situation on Linux hasn't really changed much, but it's more annoying than usual to update GZDoom right now since I have to hotpatch-surgery the AUR package... or else GZDoom's ZMusic library don't get found. Fun! I'll also admit, as much as I prefer to be on Linux, I sometimes kinda miss how simple it was to simply grab the .exe and run the thing; Linux doesn't have a graceful, non-Wine solution for that. That's one of the only few things I miss with Windows, the other main thing being paint.net. Pinta just isn't the same... Also, on and off C programming. Got a couple more tasks completed in CodeAbbey and ascended a rank, so that's cool! I like C, nice and simple.
