What size diskette drives does it have?* [for installation] The compiler will work, although it will be a little cramped - it will still work.* MINIX will fit on a 20 meg hard drive - although if you want to recompile the entire kernel, they say, you need a 30 meg hard drive minimum.* But I don't expect that you'll need to do that :-) It will take advantage of the special stuff the V20 has, I believe. Try it!* Download the ROOT, use a program called RAWRITE3 (which is at that site under a minix/msdos/utilities (something like that) to write the file to a diskette, and try booting from it. Look in comp.os.minix and ask questions if you're not sure. It's a helpful crowd over there - much like here! -- Kenneth Udut************************************ kudut@ritz.mordor.com LISTOWNER of MINISTRY@LS.CSBSJU.EDU - Personal Experiences of Ministry LISTOWNER of Y-RIGHTS@SJUVM.STJOHNS.EDU -* On the Rights of Kids/Teens ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Permission Is Granted To Freely Distribute This Document In Any Format.
