Kenneth Udut 02/25/2002 Chapter 3 Self-Assessment I find that, overall, I prefer an easy-going, humanistic environment. But there are times that I love just diving into a project, plowing through things with an intensity. Sometimes I love it when the deadlines are looming, and I*m forced, by circumstance and my own internal rekindled sense of *being needed/wanted*, to put 110% into something and beat the deadlines. So, there are times where structure is helpful. But structure is something I see as guidelines, and when I find that the work environment becomes too rule-oriented, I find myself skirting the rules in little tiny, rebellious ways. So, I would suspect that I*m a product of my age.
