Picture a timeline.* It's a timeline of your life.* It has an
   arrow going from left to right.* It says, "You were born" "This
   present moment" and at the end, "the moment you die". So
   anything in your past, is not real.* It's your imagination -
   it's in your mind.* It's your memory.* It's your thought.* Same
   goes for the future.* It's not to say that these aren't valid,
   but, all you have is the present moment.* It's almost like a
   string with a beginning and an end with 'me' here.* A string
   with a beginning and an end, and there's a bead. There is the
   moment. And that bead is where you are now. But the part of the
   string you were on before is gone. Well, something like that.
