They had the "ginger kid" kicking a week ago, and our local
   kicking incident last week too. The victims didn't die though,
   so people made jokes. Never understood the whole kicking thing.
   I was always taught NOT to kick someone when they're down - you
   pick them up, even if it means getting punched in the stomach
   for it. "
