That's true Danny - everybody wears the white hat sometimes and
   the black hat other times. The trick to success is moving
   forward in a positive direction and not going in circles as we
   all tend to do sometimes. "Misery is best treated by warm words
   and not a cold shoulder." Sharing misery just darkens the light.
   Work towards hope. (I've got dozens of these phrases in my head
   - but they usually irritate ppl when I say them! Had a guy at
   work years ago that hated me for months before I found out it
   was because I posted these phrases in my cubicle every day) "
