:) yes the olive oil I mainly use is light, as its more all purpose and I also have the coldpressed, for excellent flavor on cold or lightly cooked things. I haven't experimented with macadamia oil, but I have experimented with coconut oil, For it is a medium chain fat, and can be metabolized by your liver in the same fashion that grapefruit juice and most medicines do. It doesn't spill all o...ver your insides like saturated fats to you or coat your veins like wax like trans fat. I like powdered creamer, so I get a large chili dose of trans fats, but I try to make up for it with olive oil. I'm not as worried about the calories, I also have a large bottle of safflower oil
