Tom HubbertWhatever the USDA says is 100% daily. I think Zinc is 45mg, Magnesium might be 200mg? and I have no idea what it is for B12. I also suck on Zinc when I think I'm getting a cold, or wipe a little on the tip of my nose and sniff up to coat my nostrils a little. Been doing that for years; cuts cold length down to about 3 days, although you get all of the symptoms just in a compressed time. After all, zinc is zinc, whether its in "Cold Eeze" or in a cheap zinc oxide pill :) "
