Time is relative, but why are our clocks always the same
   everywhere?

   A simple proposal for communities to be able to add Local Clocks
   that reflect better the experienced length of day, hours and
   minutes, while also continuing with whatever standard clocks we
   already use.

   This would affect Schools, Workplaces and businesses that cater
   to local communities.
