Odd question: functional or decorative pockets? (I've always had
   "sewist" envy (I lke the term because it adds the creativity
   part and is more gender-neutral than dressmaker) - - when i was
   a teenager I b...ought several patterns for a cape. (yeah, at
   10/11 years old I wanted to walk around town in a cape - kinda
   still do) - tried to make it through the years on my mother's
   sewing machine even though the pattern was dirt simple... but...
   alas, I just couldn't get the thing to sew straight."
