   Corporate: "The projections of the 1st Quarter do not match the
   expectations generated from 3rd Quarter Fiscal year prior as
   fluxuations in customer expectations failed to meet the
   complexities faced in manufacturing as our third party
   contractual obligations did not meet their anticipated
   obligations and secondary source materials were required that
   were suboptimal."
