   doom-and-gloom over the potential speed of computing based upon
   quantum effects happening at smaller scales isn't really
   warrented; a different architecture for computers would
   certainly solve a lot of the issues; look at the beauty of RISC
   processors for example; although they too often end up suffering
   from following a Von Neumann model really.
