I've seen some speculation of that too. The report given to the
   media seemed to be extremely specific, though, making it a point
   to mention his clothes were on - as the method he chose, was in
   the movie he was in a few years ago, plus the David Caradine
   incident - and they probably wanted to avoid media speculation,
   at least this early. What really happened? We may never know -
   although I imagine, much like other celebrity deaths, people
   will go back and forth on this for a long time to come. "
