Nicole Andre Karn awesome! Yeah the violence trick is one I read
   in a book by Harry Lorraine back in '95 (found it in my notes)
   but the ""memory basket"" is my own invention, once I realized
   that memories don't just float around in the head but they ARE
   somehow attached to WHERE physically are (or your physiology at
   the time (such as only remembering certain things when drunk);
   and if it's true, I should be able to carry my ideas in an
   imaginary basket. I tried it, it works; I shared it right away -
   and I'm still using it when I need to not forget something as I
   pass through a doorway. "
