Converting CSV (Comma Separated) text files into XML format is a
   *real pain in the butt*.  Even using Excel or Search/Replace in
   a good text editor is enough to make you want to shoot your
   computer.

   But thankfully, I*ve been using a simple tool for 8 years now on
   this site:

   that makes it easier.  Just paste your CSV and it converts it
   into XML.

   So darned simple.  I*ve converted gigabytes worth of CSV files
   through the years using this tool for various purposes.
