I wonder if its something that you can spray on with a Wagner
   power sprayer? Those things are inexpensive and they actually do
   work. (but you REALLY have to keep them clean - I had one for
   years but didn't use it 'cause I thought it was broke. Turns
   out, there was just a little dried up piece of paint inside that
   kept it from working) "
