Learned: Peeling skin of turkey is easiest when turkey is frozen solid but sitting out for just a few minutes (just enough for the skin to start thawing but nothing else). Skin came right off. Deboning: used steak knife through frozen meat 'til it hit bone. Tore apart/w hands. Cubed with scissors. Whole thing took about 2 hrs. Saved $3/lb on 99% fat free turkey breast this way.
