In case you think it's going to get easier to find "THE CAREER" as INFP, there's a good chance that "The Question" will never go away completely. Nearly 21 years ago now, (I'm 43 now, that makes the following post: "Kenneth Udut at 22 yrs old") I found a post I made to a mailing list. Those careers it identified? Definitely "me". Did I ever become any of them? Yes, just not for money. I do all of those things with every breath I take, every move I make. The mistake I made was trying to pigeonhole myself into doing it for money. You don't _have_ to make money doing what you're good at. You can just... do them. grin emoticon 4/5/94 This is related to my search for a career... I took the Myer-Briggs personality test. I used a 165 question test that I downloaded from a local BBS. (it was put together from a psychologist guy in California a few years ago). According to the results, I am an INFP - Introvert, iNtuition, Feeling, Perceiving. Suggested occupations were: Psychologist/counselor, minister, or teacher - all jobs I've been thinking heavily of! I checked out Music Therapy as a possibility. No dice. In other words - I didn't care much for it, really... 'tis a shame - seems like a perfect match, but it isn't. Are others familiar with the Myer-Briggs test?
