Well, just in case anybody ever tries to feed you the message
   that "YOU'RE TOO OLD FOR [x]"... just remember this one word:

   BULLSHIT

   If you got Legos, keep them. Heck, I gave away my stuffed
   animals to my sister when I was in the 3rd Grade because I
   believe her when she said, I was too old for stuffed animals.

   I kept whaley and dolphin for a few years after that anyhow.

   Anyway, by the 4th grade I realized she shafted me but it was
   too late. She owned them.

   So, yeah. You can do "adult things", fulfill expectations of
   society when you _must_, go through the motions... but if you
   find yourself at a beach and want to dig your hands in the sand
   and watch the water fill up the holes.... _do it_. Not
   symbolically.. I mean really - do it.

   The people who think you're nuts or childish really *are* just
   jealous. Nobody ever grows up. They just pretend do to fool
   younger people into believing there is such a thing as an
   "adult".

   There's no such thing as an adult. That's a myth. Just a world
   full of pretenders
