lol I wrote one of the first Twitter Clients back in December 2006, a few months after they released their first API. Worked great 'til 2010 when Twitter switched to OAuth and by then I moved on to other things. Still though - Twitter looked like a service that might go somewhere and it was a fun project. I wanted it to be retro - and... it was grin emoticon My code was messy but simple and helped other twitter client writers do their fancy stuff.
