In my mind, ,I went, "Hear Ye, Here Ye, Cee Jee" but then quickly realized that the DUH-JUH-HEEE (or TUD-JUH-HEEE, depending where you place your tongue) - is an uncommon way to audibly describe "J" to most English speakers, most likely. I was ok with it but I always think of the Audience, and if I think they won't 'get it', I go, "Oh no, I failed!", when internally, I succeeded, but I hide my inner glee for better social acceptability, as such.
