Oh definitely.* And really, even in 'adult life' it doesn't matter what you do 'til somebody complains about it.* Even THEN it doesn't really matter unless you're sent to court.* Then things cost money.* But working in business, I see businesses big and small 'get away with' lots of stuff.* usually the law is too confusing or difficult to comply with,* or they don't know, or they just don't feel like it, and some people follow the law to the T, and most are inbetween the two. But yeah - TM doesn't mean anything.* but the TM symbol does.* The only one I'd really worry about though, is INC.* That's a big no-no and people notice quickly.* But most of the others you see in businesses, anybody can use.* INC is a big no no and ... LLC.. yeah that's the other.* I'm not sure about Corp or Corporation; they might be ok, as it's the INC that matters, but maybe Corp/Corporation does too.* Not sure. But there's really only a few big no-nos but it's really surprising what's "ok".
