Good.* Finally figured out what that stupid circuit is that popped in my head when I was 11/12 yrs old and would occasionally bother me through the years.* I knew it had to be simple.* It's a template matching circuit.* It answers the question, "How much is *this* like/not like *that*?" The perspective is external, and also internal [as the decision-maker standing within].* It's me.* My love of analogies, linguistics, puns, context, layers and large amounts of data.* Things don't have to have a 100% perfect 0/1 YES/NO match;** Is it close enough and how is it close and how is it different. Good.* I knew it wasn't revolutionary - I knew it had to be common.* I just didn't know where to look.* I got the "a-ha" match when watching a lecture on "Why do we see what we see?" when the professor was talking about *Hypercomplex" or "End Stopped" Cells.* They measure very complicated patterns of the outlines of objects.* [not simple lines and directions or movement but a bit of everything] It's how they work.. and I recognized it immediately as the missing "it" I needed.* And no, I don't expect this to make sense.* I just wanted to share it :D [1]kencircuit0solved References Visible links 1. http://icopiedyou.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/kencircuit0solved.jpg
