In Ancient Rome, Cicero proved the man was framed by a powerful
   rich Greek.

   In today's time, the popularity of Brain Scans shows a man was
   framed by his biology.

   His body committed the action but his mind did not.

   I think this is part of the problem of an artificial split of
   "Rational 'vs' emotional" myself. But I tend towards an embodied
   cognition view of humanity anyway.
