Well, here's what makes it so easy:
   I copy what I write here [like in this comment], and paste it
   there.
   Done.

   No further processing required because I'm not trying to impress
   anybody. I do it for me - and I don't know what the end result
   will be - but at least it's 'OUT THERE' in case, you know, death
