Health care for all nations, I have no problem with. But a
   measure of responsibility for problems added needs to be
   addressed by the "fixers". If increased health care by the UN
   results in starvation due to not enough resources, then the UN
   needs to follow up with the program and provide food.

   There's plenty of resources on the planet. It's the nations and
   trade getting in the way.

   The scarcity is fiction; even though people are dying, it is
   because we hold back and don't give and tell them, "You should
   kill yourself for there are too many of you." And that is more
   wrong.

   Why?

   It just is.
