Scientific sterilization programs right in the 20th century are
   equivalent to what you're talking about. There's HUMANS in
   GROUPS in both cases. Humans in groups do awful things when in
   power and have a nice excuse to do so.

   "It's for Science!"
   "It's for God!"

   Abuses abound anywhere you find humans in groups. It's why I
   like my computer a little better. P
