   I thought, "I actually don't mind small talk - I actually like
   it"

   I guess I don't really have a distinction between the two 'cause
   really, all talk is small talk - whether it's talking about
   quantum physics or how awful the service was today. it's all
   just ways to pass the time, engaging with people. I enjoy it. I
   guess I just tend to talk about deep stuff a lot but sometimes
   one of my favorite conversations is:

   Person: "Hey ken!"
   K: "Hey!"
   P: "whatcha doin'?"
   K: "Might take a bit to explain. Do you REALLY want to hear
   about my latest project?"
   P: "Oh, well, no I was just saying "Hi"
   K: "Oh ok. Hi! What's up?"
   P: Nothin'
   K: Well, great hearing from you again!
   P: Yeah you too!
