Nice ideas on paper, nice things to think about. Nice dreams to
   have. They're *possible* to _make_ a reality... but some things
   are unlikely to occur within one's own lifetime.

   For example: "I hate money. I don't have enough. Money should go
   away for everybody. Money is stupid."

   I've heard these things and said things like this many times.

   Yet: I go to the store, I pay.
