If you want strong bones, calcium is not the 100% answer. Notice something: a) we're encouraged to have 'more calcium" b) People get older c) Then they take calcium channel blockers for their heart. Why? Excess calcium is bad for the heart. What's good for the bones/teeth is bad for the heart/brain/blood. What's good for the heart/brain/blood is bad for the bones/teeth. Make sure you get magnesium. Balances it out.
