Oh I agree. I believe there is a great amount of correlation between the actions of humans to describe the world and mathematize the patterns which seem to correlate well with our cognitive processes, and also allow us to build nifty toys that work, like computers, develop nifty systems like logic that work like "machines on paper" and such. They also happen to work very well at this point in time of the history of the Universe. From a pragmatic standpoint, what we consider to be objective reality, "might as well be". It's close enough to get stuff done. To me, it's all heuristics. In short: rule of thumb. Close enough for now.
