True, but remember humans analogize all life forms to themselves. seeds = embryo, dying flower = dying human. If it's a life form, it's analogized in some form to a human, even bacteria. flagellum analogize to human limbs... etc If it doesn't analogize in some way to humans, we don't consider it life at all.
