Math is *a way* we express the relationship. But... notice
   something: We're using words as metaphors for the things
   metaphorically described by the mathematics.

   The mathematics are metaphorically describing the Universe that
   is.

   A metaphor is connecting two separate concepts and attempts to
   make them one.

   Mathematics and the Universe are separate concepts attempting to
   become one.

   Mathematics is metaphor.
