Yeah, I tend to use they instead of he/she as well.* I swap back
   + forth. It's strange when you think about it: the English
   Language is missing a lot of words. For example, there's no
   generic term for "he and/or she".* We just have "it".* So, we
   have to use "they", which is SUPPOSED to be plural but we have
   to use it instead 'cause there's nothing else that's good. THEN
   you have the Plural You.* More than one You?** You have to say
   Y'all.* You guys.* You all.* We can say "You" but then you don't
   know if it's one person, or a bunch of people. Weird.* "One
   would think"* (You'd think) they'd fix that by now.
