   I know mine don't, and yet I proclaim my opinions "as if" I'm

   my theme song. I think it's perfect for a evil benevolent
   dictator who lets people do whatever they want anyway. What
   commission do you want to be head of? You don't have to file any
   reports if you don't want to. All divisions are open. I even
   allow for duplicates departments. Reduncancy is the key to a
