[1]kenneth-udut-best-wordedI'm one of the ancients I guess. Been online nearly nonstop since 1988. *I knew something would come of this Internet thing other than emails and newsgroups and I wasn't disappointed. I think I might have had almost every possible configuration of every possible conversation of every possible subject matter possible... and yet, every single bit of correspondence is fresh and new to me because I find humans fascinating. Still can't believe I'm a member of the species.. But I'm also lying. *I approach every interaction with the following question: "What can I say to this person that's completely honest, personal, endearing, emotionally transparent that will give them as much of "me" as is possible over limited bandwidth while also making them go, "woah!"? So, I feel a bit dishonest now. *Bit of a faker. *Almost a politician, if there was such an awful thing online. But thank you very much; in retrospect I feel like I was fishing for a complement and I'm likely doing it now. I'm also shy of sleep and realize I probably should've just said, "Thanks!" but neither concise nor socially appropriate were ever my strong points :P Thanks again for the challenge initially and the nice compliment. *I actually save complements; I took a snippet of your compliment (without our name) and saved it. *It's good for those times when dealing with difficult people. Your words will serve me well in the future, and I appreciate it! *As I do a lot of writing (as you can see), "Nicely worded my friend" *"Best I've seen in a long time" are compliments that speak to my character for me and bolster my confidence, so my appreciation is genuine and deep. *Thanks again! *:) References Visible links 1. http://icopiedyou.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/kenneth-udut-best-worded.jpg
