a) you can't control people's behaviors entirely.
   b) if there is a controversial topic that interests them, they
   _will_ bring it up again, even when forbidden, SOMEHOW.
   c) Is the content of their OTHER posts worth the aggravation of
   the posts you do not like?

   It's hard. It's MUCH EASIER to be a participant than to run a
   place.
